Meadowbrook’s warranty
applies to only new upholstered furniture and is extended to the
person who makes the purchase. Please keep the warranty and the bill of
sale for future reference. Carefully read the terms of the Limited
Warranty. Retain your proof of purchase and your warranty to substantiate
a claim for warranty services.
Meadowbrook warrants the material and workmanship on the individual furniture components to be free of defects for the specified length of time. Our warranty does not apply to defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents or use commercially. Meadowbrook retains the option to repair or replace the defective item.
FRAME: ONE YEAR
The frame, upholstered in the original fabric under normal use and conditions, is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for one year.
SPRINGS: ONE YEAR
Meadowbrook upholstered products spring units are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for one year.
CUSHIONS:
ONE YEAR
Meadowbrook uses quality polyurethane cushioning materials along with layers of polyester fiber for unsurpassed seating comfort. The cushions are warranted for one year against loss of resiliency. A slight softening and flattening of the polyester fiber and foam will occur from normal use and aging should not be construed with loss of resiliency.
SLEEPER MATTRESSES AND MECHANISMS: ONE YEAR
Swivel rocker and sleeper mechanisms (all metal parts) are warranted to be free of defects for one year from the date of purchase. Innerspring sleeper mattresses are warranted to be free of defects for one year by the mattress manufacturer.
